Now that Blue Monday has past and the new year hype is over, let’s get down to some serious visioning for the year ahead. Sleep like a baby and manage stress with Lavender
Personally for me it starts with sleep and self care. When I’m getting good quality sleep I just perform better, I get less stressed and I am equipped to respond to stressors better.
Lavender is a well know oil to support sleep and has been used for centuries. One aromatic benefit that lavender oil is widely known for is its ability to promote a relaxing atmosphere that leads to a restful night’s sleep. The calming properties of the oil help create a serene environment that is optimal for resting well and staying asleep.
Tip: Diffuse at night to inhale the aroma as you are drifting off to sleep and you can also apply lavender oil to the bottoms of your feet as a part of a relaxing bedtime ritual.
Manifest what’s best for you with Wild Orange
Did you know essential oils and the Law of Attraction go hand-in-hand? Essential oils are great for boosting moods and improving overall well-being. Wild orange is an amazing oil for manifestation and is known as the oil of abundance, it also smells divine!
Tip: Diffusing wild orange will energise and uplift the mind and body. If you start feeling a bit of a lull in your day, add a drop to your hands, then cup and inhale to boost your mood and help you keep you focused on your goals.
Power your mindset and vision with Frankincense
Frankincense is the king of oils! Frankincense promotes feelings of peace and overall wellness when used aromatically, while topical use is known to provide multiple health benefits. It’s definitely one of my most used oils and my favourite oil to use when meditating. When used as part of your positive affirmation practice it can help release self-limiting beliefs so you can go after your goals fearlessly.
Tip: Add 4 drops to your diffuser when meditating or goal setting or apply a drop to your wrists and over your heart.
