Deep House Yoga Project @ D2

Deep House Yoga Project is back to warm up your winter with a healthy dose of its signature deep breaths, bends and beats.

Join the gang as they merge the ancient tradition of yoga with the sounds of today’s underground. They will take you on a journey of the senses via a juicy vinyasa flow set to a spine-tingling live DJ set of your fave deep house tracks intricately woven into each breath and movement.

This session is extra special as DHYP co-founder Jen Stallard will be at the helm captivating the dancefloor with her own unique blend of mischief and blissful beats. Her music is deep and sexy and will encourage you to create mischief of your own while being guided through your flow by the delectable Sorcha Kane.

Get your groove on and add a bit of oomph to your OM!

All levels are welcome, the mission is to make yoga accessible and joyful for all.

Join the pair for a morning where you are free to visualise the life you really want; who you want to be, what you want to do and have this year and beyond.

What’s on in Galway

The Art of Breathing @ Urban Wellbeing

In this 2.5 hour workshop you’ll uncover the power of your breath and proper focused breathing techniques. You will learn practical and simple yoga techniques for both your body and your breath. These will help strip away clutter and distraction and bring you back to full connection with yourself.

Understanding and using the breath purposefully is a major skill that has many benefits. Learn how breathwork improves both your physical and mental health and gives you back the power to handle everyday stresses and worries.

To finish the workshop, you will enter deep relaxation through yoga nidra and emerge renewed and refreshed.
