Please note, WellFest is an outdoor event in the meadows of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham. Some areas are hilly and steep and could become muddy in the case of rain. One companion will be admitted free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability requires a carer. Please contact us on [email protected] to arrange this before the festival. Unisex wheelchair accessible toilets will be available at all toilet blocks across the festival.
You can attend as many sessions as you like. Please find the timetable here so you can start planning your day or weekend. Make sure to get to sessions you would like to get to early as all sessions are first come first serve.
There is no pre-booking at WellFest and all activities are included within the ticket price. Some sessions such as the McSport Spinning® Tent, Boogie Bounce in the KBC WellGood tent and Coach John Kavanagh’s Víkingaþrek will be first come first serve.
We may also need to restrict spaces due to capacity and safety concerns at busier sessions.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to the sessions you most want to attend. Please be sure to arrive on time to sessions to keep disruption to a minimum.
No, please be sure to bring sufficient cash to purchase food, drink and whatever goodies take your fancy.
We advise bringing a yoga mat but there will be mats to buy with McSport and limited mats to rent in some areas. Please bring layers as it can get chilly between sessions and a jacket in case of rain, it is Ireland after all! There will be drinking water taps to re-fill water bottles. Please also bring cash for food and drinks vendors and the huge selection of health and wellness brands on site. Some will have card machines but it is advisable to have some cash as there is no cash point on site.
If you lose something at the festival, please check with a member of staff to see if it has been handed in. Any lost property left after the festival will be kept at the company registered address in Dublin 6 for one month. If it is not claimed after one month it will be donated to charity. Any queries please contact [email protected].
We are huge dog lovers here at WellFest HQ. However, we are unfortunately not in a position to welcome dogs on site during the festival. As you will appreciate, we are nearly at maximum capacity and with all the various classes taking place and the presence of kids on site, it is just not feasible for dogs to attend.
There are no lockers available on site at WellFest. In previous years there was no demand for it. Please be sure to keep personal belongings safe under your own watch.
We have a huge selection of food vendors and coffee and drinks vendors and brands available this year. Read more in our article here.
Unfortunately not, unless the event is cancelled tickets are non refundable.
