Former Elite Australian Pole Vaulter, Amanda Bisk, is considered to be one of Australia’s most influential women in fitness.
Amanda believes that being fit and healthy is about so much more than working out and feeling good, “it’s about taking charge of your life and staying disciplined. It’s about learning to love yourself and taking pride in everything you do. If you can look after your body, what you eat and how you think, it will flow through all aspects of your life.”
The ever-ambitious athlete was on her way to represent Australia in the London 2012 Olympic Games when she was struck with chronic fatigue. Using her education as a qualified exercise physiologist and rehabilitation practitioner, Amanda turned her attention to inspiring positivity and motivation in people looking to make a healthy change.
Founder of the Fresh Body Fit Mind movement, Amanda has engaged her ambitious and competitive spirit to successfully launch her very own fitness and yoga training style, including the beautiful follow-along classes on her app ‘Fresh Body Fit Mind’.
