Grainne Parker spent a large part of her working life in Business Consulting and has a deep understanding of the challenges of combining a busy word day and finding a work life balance which enables you to fit in time for essential health and wellbeing activities. She is a Qualified Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute of Health Science where she qualified with Distinction. She has a certificate in Stress Management and is also a qualified HeartMath© coach which is a unique resilience building technique. She specialises in helping people achieve their health goals whether that be to sleep better, understand and manage their stress better or make improvements in general to their Health and overall Wellbeing such as losing weight or getting back to exercise. She has a unique story to tell on her path to meeting Dominic and finding joy and happiness in life.
