Meet Laura-Anne, her roots stem from a career in the performing arts and design. Her love of movement led her to the expressive and replenishing nature of Yoga. The route towards Pilates was paved by way of a shoulder injury, it was not long before she could see the benefits that came with each Pilates class.
Laura Anne’s focus is on the mind-body alliance, cultivating strength, an awareness and confidence to everyone who comes to her class – Reformer or Ballet Barre. Expect results coupled with an encouraging, fresh and fun playlist, harnessing the beat and flow we strive for in in each posture. Her love of Yoga, Pilates, Dance and expression gives a dynamic challenge to the session. A sprinkling of humour and laughter is also encouraged-.
