Sarah teaches Vinyasa flow class focusing on movement and breath. She creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in each class and invites the student to go deep within and explore themselves.
Sarah believes that yoga is our greatest tool of self-discovery. It was yoga that guided her to where she is now. Sarah worked as a corporate solicitor for years in large law firms in Dublin before leaving her job last year to go on a journey across Spain walking the Camino. She returned home with the courage and conviction to follow her passion and belief in yoga.
Sarah has travelled extensively in Asia learning and practicing yoga spending time in Buddhist monasteries, Indian ashrams and a ten day silent meditation. She brings all the knowledge she has picked up on her travels and integrates this knowledge into her classes.
Join her for flowing postures, breathwork and meditation. Sarah guides the class in a light and fun way so that it is an enjoyable and enriching experience for everyone who joins her.
