Foam rolling, a form of self myo-fascial release, is used by athletes, gym goers and fitness fanatics worldwide to aid recovery, reduce injury likelihood and to ease muscle soreness. TriggerPoint Therapy Master trainers will be leading workshops at WellFest to guide you through the correct techniques so you can join the TriggerPoint SMR movement!
Workshops will run over the two days as follows, and will be tailored and adapted to suit all fitness levels on the day.
