Today for your #WellGood challenge we’re looking to nutrition and asking, how much water do you drink every day. Is it enough?
The benefits of drinking water is nothing new. We know that for our digestive systems to work properly we need to be hydrated. We know that for our brains to work to the best of their ability we need to drink enough water. And did you know that you can eat as clean as you want but without enough water it won’t bring about the desired results?
Likewise, if you train hard then you need to drink even more.
So today, your challenge is to drink eight glasses of water.
Keep a jug on your desk, a bottle in the car and a glass on your bedside locker to make sure you smash today’s goal.
