Non-Alcoholic Cocktails To Make At Home With Ceder’s Alt Gin

Ceder's Alt Gin

CEDER’S G&T

Ingredients:

35.5ml Ceder’s Crisp

100ml tonic water

Fill glass with ice

Garnish with Cucumber & Lime.

CEDER’S Collins

Ingredients

50ml CEDER’S Crisp

10ml lime juice

10ml elderflower cordial

5 drops of non-alcoholic rosemary bitters

Top with soda water

Sprig of rosemary and mint

Method

Add the first four ingredients to a high ball glass filled with ice. Stir gently, top with the soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and mint.

Cederberg Brew

Ingredients

50ml CEDER’S Crisp

25ml jasmine tea

10ml elderflower cordial

10ml lime juice

 Method

Use a cocktail shaker to shake all the ingredients together. Then strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.

CEDER’S Stinger

Ingredients

65ml CEDER’S Crisp

5ml Gomme

10ml lemon juice

Mint leaves

Method

Add the ingredients to a small coupette glass or similar. Shake all ingredients and fine strain into the chilled glass.
