As part of our WellGood challenge with KBC, Philly is going back to basics for two of the most common exercises: The Plank and A Press Up. It’s easy to develop bad habits for both which results in all benefits being lost.

The press-up is a brilliant exercise which works the whole body. We tend to drop down to our knees when it gets tough but is that the best way to modify the exercise? Philly reveals a more effective method that you might not have heard of.
