As part of our WellGood challenge with KBC Philly McMahon is showing how it is possible to change your mindset. Remember you have the power of choice, you can turn a negative into a positive. 

Today’s challenge is to incorporate Philly’s Power of Choice principles into your day.

Four to try

  • Assess yourself, how are you feeling? Make a promise to yourself that you’re going to have a good day. Check in with yourself at regular points throughout the day
  • Write down something positive that has happened to you at the end of each day
  • Practice gratitude, what are you grateful for?
  • Perform an an act of kindness each day. Not matter how small, phoning a relative or visiting a friend. Spreading kindness costs nothing and the positive energy will come back around
