Today’s challenge is to incorporate Philly’s Power of Choice principles into your day.
Four to try
- Assess yourself, how are you feeling? Make a promise to yourself that you’re going to have a good day. Check in with yourself at regular points throughout the day
- Write down something positive that has happened to you at the end of each day
- Practice gratitude, what are you grateful for?
- Perform an an act of kindness each day. Not matter how small, phoning a relative or visiting a friend. Spreading kindness costs nothing and the positive energy will come back around
