Work on your balance with Philly McMahon’s unilateral fitness challenge
Today Philly McMahon is challenging our balance with his unilateral workout. You’ll need two dumbbells and a box, bench or chair. Watch the video to see how it’s done!
8 reps per exercise and 3 rounds of each circuit
- Step ups
- Single arm row, all fours
- Single arm floor/ bench press
- Romanian deadlift
- Cuban press
- Kneel and shoulder press
Squat curl, squat press
60 seconds on, 30 seconds rest x 3
