Today’s Friday Fitness Challenge from Philly is a complex workout. Are you ready?

You have four complexes:

  1. Burpee complex – burpees, press up burpees (modify to knees if appropriate), half burpees
  2. Squat complex – squats, jump squats, jump lunge + squat
  3. Upper body complex – kick-throughs, press ups (on knees if appropriate), shoulder taps
  4. Core complex – bicycles, toe taps, knee hugs
