Just over a week until our next Pop-Up and we already can’t wait!
This event is a full day of wellness that is guaranteed to leave you on a high. Enjoy a breakfast with Glenisk before making some noise with POUND Fitness with Carla.
POUND is a energetic, exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training. Designed for all fitness levels, using lightly weighted drumsticks what better way to heat things up in Smock Alley Theatre.
After this, you will enjoy a wholesome lunch and have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the people behind some of our FAVOURITE brands.
What brands will be there?
A family run Irish Health Foods business who are passionate about positive eating and a healthy lifestyle. They are the creators of the best chocolate ever (in our opinion) and the fact it’s nutritional makes it all the more enjoyable! With an amazing selection of Free From Products, who knows what you might end up trying.
If you, like us, find yourself wearing activewear more often than not – no doubt you will have heard of this unique Irish activewear brand! You’ll have the chance to check out and try on their fabulous hoodies and t-shirts. There may even be a few games to play.. Who knows there might even be a chance to win a prize!
FEED is an amazing brand of 4 minute meal pots – perfect for fueling your day in the most delicious and nutritious way! What do we love about this product other than the delicious taste? Every time you buy FEED, a child in the developing world is provided with a meal too. If that doesn’t scream goodness, I’m not sure what will.
Post lunch, we have the incredible Miriam Kerins Hussey giving a talk on Nutritional Wellbeing. Miriam has a huge passion for holistic health and wellbeing. She has trained as an Integrated Wellness and Nutritional Coach, Holistic Healing Practitioner, Yoga teacher and is also a qualified Pharmacist. This extensive mix of qualifications give Miriam the unique edge when it comes to wellness – lucky us!
To end the day, Naomi from Elements Yoga leads us through a yoga flow before guiding us into some meditation. Naomi has been teaching for the last 12 years. She is a 500 hour qualified Yoga teacher and continues to study both in Ireland and abroad refining and progressing personal practices and techniques, as well as teaching qualifications. Naomi is passionate about teaching and how the practices of yoga can influence our lives towards growth and overall health and wellbeing.
Before floating out to the rest of your Saturday, make sure you lift a goodie bag!
