Reggae yoga with Reeta Cherie
This does exactly what it says, a yoga class to reggae and it’s so much fun! Classic yoga poses are practiced while sweet reggae music is being played. Expect improvisational and soft choreographed dancing, heart-lifting tunes and some serious serotonin-boosting fun. This class is suitable for beginners!

Movement @ The Cliff Townhouse
Try a yoga class, try a Pilates class or try both, followed by delicious brunch at Dublin’s Cliff Townhouse as Movement once again returns!
At 10am, yoga will be led by the fantastic @Moonsyoga.Yoga instructor SInead Mooney will lead attendees through a class that will improve core strength, flexibility and reduce stress. Afterwards, @JessGormleyPilates will put her Pilates class through their paces. Pilates can help attendees improve agility, strength and provide an all round great workout.
There will be a selection of brunch options afterwards including Scrambled eggs with bacon, eggs benedict, and porridge with all the trimmings.

Kathryn Thomas is bringing her one day event back to the Pavilion at Leopardstown Race Course. Join the team for a day of fun, food and fitness. Get a great taster of the Pure Results Retreats packed into one day of food, fun and fitness!
This action packed day kicks off with an energetic morning with Pound Fitness, followed by some of our favourite classes such as boxercise, zumba and bands & bells. There will also be some fantastic food, nutritional demonstrations and advice. Plus many more surprises!
