WellGood is our free 21-day programme created with our presenting partner KBC. The programme is curated by our five wellness experts: performance psychologist Gerry Hussey; best-selling cookery author and healthy lifestyle enthusiast Roz Purcell; Dublin GAA player and fitness entrepreneur Philly McMahon; yoga instructor Lee Tracey and registered dietitian Orla Walsh.

It kicks off on 4 March so register to take part here and follow online using the hashtag #KBCWellGood.

Over the 21 days our experts will be sharing simple tips and tricks to help you improve your overall wellness. From healthy, nutritious recipes to fitness plans and at-home yoga tutorials to practical nutrition tips we cover everything.Including inspiring podcasts on mindset.
