We know the drill. Intentions are high but so are are you social commitments and somehow the gym gets pushed back and back until suddenly you haven’t worked out in two weeks. We’re really going to try and avoid that slump in WellFest HQ this year by working out at home. We’ve tried Philly McMahon’s Devil Workout and now we’re throwing The Post PT’s Ultimate Home HIIT Workout into the mix.

Lonan O’Herlihy, PT and Made in Chelsea star, combines his favourite moves into a workout. Which can be done anywhere, anytime.

The innovative workout shows how any household object can be used as a weight. Meaning you really can do it anywhere.

The high-intensity session includes eight high-octane exercises, which can be tailored in length of time and weight to work up a sweat:

  • One arm push-ups
  • Knee push-ups
  • One arm kettlebell swings
  • Squat with shoulder press
  • In-and-out squat jumps
  • Rear raised leg lunges
  • Russian twists
  • Toe taps
