January 2nd. The day that the madness of the festive season comes to an end, normality finally resumes, and we can all go back to our scheduled workout programming.
But of course, the first workout or two of the year can tend to be a bit tough, (especially if you have been replacing squats with shots over the last few weeks, and haven’t quite made it to the gym since December 12th).
However. Fear not, WellFesters!
We’ve got your back.
It is almost impossible not to feel motivated to train hard when you have serious tunes to get you going, so we have put together a playlist of the top workout tunes of the decade – curated by none other than our amazing followers and friends.
So put those headphones on, turn up the volume, and get ready to kick off 2020 with a bang!
