WellFest Pop-Up; Are you ready to Pound?

On Saturday the 30th of September, we are hosting our second Pop Up of the year at Smock Alley Theatre and we cannot wait to see you all there!

Our good friends Glenisk will be at Smock Alley from 11am to welcome you all with their delicious breakfast combos. What better way to start off the day?

Following breakfast, we have an exclusive Pound Fitness class with the awesome Carla. If you have not tried Pound before this is something you will not want to miss. Pound is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums.

We will then break for a wholesome nutritious lunch followed by a talk on nutritional wellbeing from Miriam Kerrins Hussey. Miriam is a qualified pharmacist with huge passion for holistic health and Wellbeing. This passion has lead her to train as an integrated Wellness and Nutritional coach as well as a Yoga instructor, and Holistic Healing Practitioner.

In her Integrated Wellness Business she is involved in the design and delivery of many executive, corporate and personal wellness retreats, seminars and programmes. She runs Yoga retreats for Mind, Body and Soul, and is an international key note speaker on health and wellness, emotional eating and more.

The last session of the day is a yoga flow and meditation practice lead by Naomi Sturdy at 14.00pm. Naomi’s classes are an opportunity to build your own knowledge on what you need and what serves you best.  You will have the time to become aware of your body and mind and tune into what is currently working for you and what is not.

We are certain you will float out of the WellFest Pop-Up, ready for the rest of your weekend. But before you go; you will receive a goodie bag on your way home. We wouldn’t let you leave empty handed now, would we?

Reminder: This event is limited, tickets available here. Full timetable available below.
