Philly McMahon’s Mobility Warmup

For your #WellGood Day Four challenge we’re taking it up a notch and challenging you to try some of Philly McMahon’s favourite mobility exercises for warming up.

Do you take the time to warm up before a workout? Or do you stretch it out afterwards?

Sure it may take some extra time but in the long run, warming up and warming down will only have a good influence on your fitness levels.
