Spring into Action with Kanta Barrios @ Little Bird

Spring is a time of renewal and growth. The practice of yoga can help us understand and experience our ability to connect to a source of infinite strength, resilience, and freedom within ourselves. This experience of connection can help us break through obstacles with courage and light-heartedness. This will be a dynamic and vibrant workshop, in which we’ll have the opportunity to explore the relationship between core awareness, strength, and freedom of movement.

Saturday, 16 March from 3pm – 5.30pm. Tickets are priced at €35 and are available here

Let’s Be Let’s Chill @ Moons Yoga Loft

Spending your bank holiday Monday slowing down with a slow flow and yin double bill with Chris Cunningham.

Allowing the awareness that time brings to a practice, these classes are perfect for both someone newer to yoga or someone looking to precisely refine their practice. Moving a little slower than a regular class offers  a choice to either intensify or soften our practice. Working through a varied sequence designed to awaken and lengthen major muscle groups, each class will challenge and nourish the body and mind.

Monday, 18 March from 10am – 12.30pm. More information can be found here
