Strength and Freedom through Healthy Alignment @ Hot Yoga Rathmines

If you’ve ever found yourself in a yoga class with no clue what tuck your tail bone under, then this workshop is for you. It will look at some of the most common ques given in classes and examine how to adapt them to your body and your practice. After all, ith proper alignment you will create more freedom within the body so you can foc­­­us on the breath. Improving overall health and well-being. No matter how long you’ve been practising yoga, you’ll learn something from this workshop.

Olwyn brings a wealth of knowledge of the body in a way that is easy to understand, based on the exploration and study of various styles of Yoga along with her personal practice and experience spanning 20 years.

What’s on in Cork

Cork Litfest @ Oriel House Hotel, Ballincollig

Support a good cause and learn something new at this weekend’s Cork Litfest. Following on from the sucess of Cork LiftFest, the organisers are back again with a fresh line up of guest speakers and influencers from the world of health, fitness and wellbeing. Speakers include Rena Buckley, Cork GAA dual star and 18 time all Ireland winner; David Young from GoBeyond; and Johnny Holland, rugby coach and former Munster rugby player. Early bird tickets are sold out but there are tickets available on the door.

What’s on in Limerick

Spring Wellness Morning @ No.1 @ No.1 Pery Square, Limerick

The Spring Wellness Morning brings together exercise, mindfulness and pampering. Sign up and meet at 8am for an early morning Pilates class in The people’s Park before heading out for a walk / jog along the three bridges route. At 10am head back to the hotel for a mindfulness talk over morning tea and breakfast before heading to the in-house spa to enjoy a luxury treatment and thermal experience. No.1 style.
