As well as how to introduce fermented foods and beverages to your diet to optimise gut health and immunity. Demos and recipes will also be provided on the day.

Cavan Walking Festival

This is the ninth year of the popular festival of walking, which takes place at a variety of locations throughout County Cavan. The festival has a packed programme of themed trails, rambles and hikes all led by experienced walking leaders. Walkers can choose from Geopark walks, night, nature, forest and history rambles, heritage, family and fitness trails and atmospheric dusk walks, along with a hike for the more experienced on The Cavan Way.
