Gym+Coffee Summer Stretch Dublin #1: POUND FIT with Carla

They’re back! The Gym+Coffee Summer Stretch sessions are launching this weekend and we’re so excited to join the gang for a cardio jam session like no other! If you haven’t taken part in a Pound Fit class before, then you are in for a treat as it’s a fun way to work up a sweat. And best of all, it’s free!

Join the Gym+Coffee Crew for an epic, energising Summer Stretch workout based on drum beats, sweat and FUN led by the amazing Carla Roberts from POUND. Stick around chats and refreshments afterwards.

Saturday, 1 June from 10am – 11am @ Bushy Park. Places are free but you can register here

Soberistas Love Life In Control Workshop

This Soberistas workshop will help you develop a more mindful approach to life by focusing on strategies and effective tools to help you create a more peaceful, healthier existence without alcohol.
Paddy Brosnan, the eminent mindfulness teacher and author of How to Use Mindfulness to Calm the Hell Down and Just Be Happy (which kind of says it all!) is the keynote speaker. While tea, coffee and lunch are all included in the price.

Afrobeat Dance Workshops @ The Real Dance Studio

RoyalTdancers is organisation that promotes selflove, selfworth and bodyconfidence in young people. The workshop will be a fun and exciting experience to learn new moves. As well as a fundraiser for the Cyclone Idai that occurred in Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique earlier in March this year. It will be a great way to have fun, give back and learn some new moves.
