Sunday Sweat with Dee Fitz

Want to kick your weekend into high gear? Then this class which kicks off the Lululemon Sunday Morning Sweat Series is for you. It’s a high intensity class led by Dee Fitz, MMA fighter and strength and conditioning coach. Dee will lead you through a full body workout that mixes cardio and strength training – this one will definitely get your heart rate up! The class is suitable for all levels. Lululemon will provide the mats and the moves, but please bring your own towel and water bottle.

Foundations of a Steady and Joyful Practice @ Little Bird

Have you lost your yoga mojo? Then join Kanta Barrios for a workshop that will reignite your love for the practice. This workshop is structured to help us focus our effort and build a solid foundation for a steady, consistent and joyful yoga practice. It will lay out the tools and practical ways to fulfill our goals in 2019. During the class you will will explore ways that help overcome common limitations in asana, easy breathing and a steady mind; all so you can deepen your understanding, steadily evolve and move forward to the next level in your yoga practice.

MyoMed Workshop @ Moons Yoga Loft

Join the wonderful James Hale and Moons for this 2 hour escape. You’ll spend 90 minutes with James helping uyou meticulously work through the body to uncover and release those tight pockets. While the last half an hour dedicated to a delicious yoga Nidra led by Moons (restorative meditation completed lying down with bolsters and blankets). A blissful way to ease yourself back into real life.

L I F T. . …yourself up by focusing on what you enjoy, what makes you smile & what makes you grateful. There's ALWAYS rubbish stuff that doesn't make us feel good, that's life, but if we fixate on it, then we allow that to dominate our precious time/lives. I was speaking to someone today who's unhappy in their job & as they've commitments can't just walk away. We discussed how all the things they didn't like were forefront of their mind which only fueled the fire of their frustrations. When things are sticky there's always a beautiful freedom I'm CHOOSING to focus on the good.
