L I F T. . …yourself up by focusing on what you enjoy, what makes you smile & what makes you grateful. There's ALWAYS rubbish stuff that doesn't make us feel good, that's life, but if we fixate on it, then we allow that to dominate our precious time/lives. I was speaking to someone today who's unhappy in their job & as they've commitments can't just walk away. We discussed how all the things they didn't like were forefront of their mind which only fueled the fire of their frustrations. When things are sticky there's always a beautiful freedom I'm CHOOSING to focus on the good. For the week ahead maybe choose to notice, be aware, remember & celebrate the good stuff – everywhere you look ✨🌙. . #moonsmondaymantra #shifthappens #mindfulmonday #mindfulness #awareness #makeitcount
