For the first time, The M Word comes to Ireland – bringing together a panel of expert speakers to show that menopause doesn’t have to mean the end of anything.
Headline speaker Meg Mathews is joined by a panel of expert speakers who will decode menopause and peri-menopause. They will have solutions for all your symptoms, from sexual health to self esteem, low energy to high anxiety. This will be a fun, relaxed full day event. And goody bags worth over €80 are included!

Stained Glass Terrarium Workshop @ Block T
Have you every wanted to try your hand at stained glass? Do you love an indoor garden?
Why not learn to create a beautiful glass terrarium using the copper foil technique of stained glass.
You will learn:
To follow a pattern, cut glass, grind and foil, solder, and finally to finish off your piece with patinas and polish. We will then plant up your terrarium with some decorative stones and a succulent or cacti. Then Instagram the hell out of it!
All materials, including stones and plant are included in the cost of the course. There is no experience necessary as you will be taught every aspect of the making process. Lunch is not included.
