Crystal Chemistry with Merle O’ Grady @ Reformation
Joinjeweller and crystal therapy practitioner Merle O’Grady as she teaches you everything you need to know about getting started with crystals. Merle loves to teach all about the power of crystals in a practical, grounded way to help you incorporate these gorgeous helpers into your daily life with total ease.
The workshop will open with a relaxing crystal meditation to help supercharge your intuition, so you’re ready to select your perfect crystal companions from a large selection.
At this workshop you’ll learn
- How crystals work and how they affect our energy
- How to intuitively choose crystals
- All about cleansing and charging your crystals
- How to set powerful intentions for your chosen crystals
- Incorporating crystals in your daily life

Feel At One Hike with Ornagh Lee
Lululemon take its Sunday Sweat outside this week, with an extraordinary hike through the hills of Killiney with ambassador Ornagh Lee.
Meet at Killiney Hill for an early morning hike. During the hike you’ll be joined by Clean Coasts who will provide you with everything you need to pick up the rubbish you find along the way. Post-hike, at White Rock beach Ornagh will lead us through a “warm-up to cool down and get into the sea” class which will be followed by an “optional” swim. We will have breakfast and refreshments afterwards to feel at one together.
