Sweet Sunday Surrender @ YogaHub Camden
This heartwarming evening of yin yoga with Grace Tempany and live music provided by Jenny Ní Ruiséil will soothe even the most the most gloomy of the Winter blues, and ensure you enter the festive season feeling centered, balanced and aligned.
Focusing on kidney and urinary meridians to generate circulation, warmth, and some pre-silly-season introspection, we’ll allow for some ice to melt as the water element soothes with songs, mantras and sounds to guide you deep into the Yinspace.
This yin yoga workshop is open to all students of all levels.

Mother’s Milk: A Prenatal Workshop @ YogaDublin Ranelagh
This workshop is open to those who are 14 weeks or more pregnant.
The evening will consist of
• A divine yoga nidra, as your propped and swaddled in a Queens yoga bed. Guided into the deepest place of peace and quiet.
Your nervous system will be fed and rested and your heart and soul warmed.
• Nourishing yoga specific to a women body during pregnancy. To lavish her whole self with juicy subtle movement and build stability and strength from within.
• Restorative yoga to feel completely supported and held in the world. Nothing to do but release stress and tension. With simple but effective postures that encourage the body to melt like butter. Your bones, muscles, brain and beautiful baby will feel all the benefits and nurture Mothers Milk can give you.

Have you ever wondered about the benefits of sound baths? In a nutshell, it’s an effortless way to enter meditation state. It’s also very relaxing too. Best of all, you don’t need any previous experience. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes and let the sounds do their magic.
Just by listening to the sounds your brain can easily move to the Theta state. In this state you can awaken more awareness and intuition. You can also assist with changing old beliefs and patterns, letting go of what’s holding you back and creating balance and harmony in our life.
