The Full 360 with Alison Canavan

Join wellness coach Alison Canavan as she presents a full day workshop aimed at helping you live your best life. From our health to our happiness and our healing, we can control most of what goes on in our lives. The itinerary for the day includes meditations, intention setting, blending workshops, anxiety workshops and advice on how to improve your sleep hygiene.

Unraveling the heart: The Spine and Backbend poses with Kanta Barrios

If you tend to shy away from back bends in your personal yoga practice, then this is the workshop for you. Join Kanta to learn more about the basic anatomy of the spine; the relationship between spine, shoulders, and hips; and ways to safely break free from common fears, blocks and limitations.

PositiVely Eventful exists to bring you events to make living in balance with your beliefs easy. Along with plenty of opportunities to enjoy delicious plant-based foods, sustainable shopping and learning more because education is power.

Hosted at one of Cork city’s top venues, the Kino will be serving up their delicious Badger & Dodo coffees with a choice of plant milks. While Cork vegans and veggies will host a meetup there at 1pm if you are coming alone and want a chance to meet others living plant-based, vegan, veggie.
