Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga @ YogaHub Camden
The tradition and lineage of ashtanga yoga dates back thousands of years and is still today one of the most popular forms of yoga practiced throughout the world. It is a dynamic and physically challenging practice comprised of a number of set sequences which, when practiced regularly, are designed to help build strength, balance, stamina and flexibility.
Join Suzanne for a two hour workshop where she will lead and break down a modified version of the Primary Series, making it accessible to all levels. No previous experience of ashtanga is necessary although some experience of vinyasa/hatha is recommended.
Monday, 22 April from 1 – 3pm. Entry is priced at €25 and can be booked here
