So you want to write a book? Publishing masterclass @ The Alex Hotel
Join author Caroline Foran for her publishing masterclass, which will feature a host of industry experts and fellow authors (including Louise O’Neill, Holly White and Melanie Murphy) all willing to share their experience and knowledge.
The panel will cover cover everything from getting the attention of publishers to writing the perfect proposal. The writing process itself and the realities of publishing in Ireland and internationally. You will also learn about advances, royalties, the differences between ‘trade paperback’, ‘hardback’ and all the technical types. As well as the publicity involved in making your book the best it can be, and exactly what editors are looking for. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions.

Sunday Sweat with Lee Tracey @ Brown Thomas with Lululemon
Join Lee Tracey for a fun, vibrant and creative flow on the Rooftop of Brown Thomas for the Lululemon Sunday Sweat series. With breathwork and meditative moments, this session will allow you to connect with yourself and others alongside a specially curated playlist.

MOVEMENT+ Avonmore Protein Milk @ Herbert Park
Join MOVEMENT+ for a HIIT class or yoga in the beautiful Herbert Park in Ballsbridge.
The event will begin with yoga at 10am led by Laura Farrington (@IrishYogaGirl). Laura is founder of Umbrella Wellness, one of Ireland’s leading wellness companies. Expect to get a sweat on and also build your strength in this class. You will leave this class invigorated and ready to take on the weekend!
Our HIIT class at 11am will be led by Ant and Ali Lynch (@antandalilynch). Smash through squats, bash out the burpees and jumping jack your way into a big sweat while having lots of fun. Ant is not only a personal trainer but also a master coach. He runs a global fitness educational company, Edufit and travels the world training individuals and trainers. Ali a former professional Irish dancer, has traded the stage for the gym,. The duos mission is to help you become a healthier, happier version of you and believe: ‘If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you’.
