Candlight Yin: Relax, Rest & Restore @ YogaHub Castleknock

Join Elisa this weekend as she used the beautiful practice of yin to help us reset. Yin yoga helps release tension from muscles, support the joints and calm the nervous system. This workshop is two hours where nobody is asking you to do a single thing, except to relax.

Spend extra time in postures to really sink into what’s going on. If you’ve never done a yin practice before, the workshop will opening with a silent meditation. Then move on to a 90 minute yin practice followed by yoga nidra. This is suitable for beginners.

Join Kitty Maguire for a celebration of manifestations, dreams and spring awakening.  On the eve of the new moon its the perfect time to get clear with what is your souls desire.

With a day of yoga nidra, yin, restorative yoga and juicy feminine yoga flows to really shake up and out of winters hibernation. With a sublime selection of music, stories, silence and poetry that will fill your heart and release your wild inner Shakti. This is a workshop to empower and embrace all your women within.

Sunday Sweat @ Brown Thomas

It’s a new month so embrace new moves at Lululemon’s monthly Sunday Sweat series. This week it’s all about gymnastics with Jayne McMahon. She’ll lead a gymnastics style class focusing on strength and mobility.

The class is suitable for all levels. Lululemon provide the mats and the moves, but please bring your own towel and water bottle.
Please note that class is first come, first mat and that sign-up does not guarantee a spot. Please come to the main door of Brown Thomas 15 minutes early to sign in. Doors close at 10am sharp.
