Join Laura Murray and the Gym + Coffee gang for a Fearless Moves Summer Stretch.
This time Dublin gets its turn at a high-tempo, music-themed bodyweight dance workout complete with loud tunes and big grins! Join G+C and Laura as they dance-ercise their way into a summer Sunday!
Coffee and a catch up afterwards as always.

RISE wellness event in aid of GROW Ireland @ Ashling Hotel
RISE is a holistic wellness event created by Ursula Cullen, mindset coach in aid of GROW Ireland who are also celebrating their 50th anniversary!
This event has inspiring speakers, nutritionist, mindfulness session, body positive advocate and a light fitness workout. The event is designed to inspire and teach us all ways to maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit in the areas of mindset, mindfulness, nutrition and fitness. The event also has a Q&A round and panel discussion with the speakers.

Summer Solistice Stories @ Flanagan’s Fields Community Garden
Are you fascinated by nature in the city? Do you cycle, garden, create art or music? Do you want to give insight into your work or your community projects? Have you have a story to tell about your passion? All over Dublin, people are making positive change for the future of the city and beyond. Hear their stories and tell your own at this this magical midsummer event!
Whether you have a story to tell, or you want to come along to listen, you are invited to join us in the Grow Dome in Flanagan’s Field Community Garden, Fatima, to celebrate the longest day of the year with the very best of tales from Dublin communities.
This family friendly event is being hosted by the Flanagan’s Field Community Garden, in collaboration with Fatima Groups United and Dublin Community Environmental Network.
