Soul Space – The Experience is a powerful and immersive one day event created by Gerry and Miriam Hussey. Featuring some of the leading minds in mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing, the event promises to give attendees the space and time to unlock their personal and professional potential. The event takes place in Claregalway Castle, one of Galway’s most beautiful and historic venues.

What’s on in Dublin?

Adam Hocke @ YogaHub Camden

Join international teacher Adam Hocke for two workshops that combine together to deepen your practice. The first class focuses on core strength. While the second focuses on arm balances. Adam Hocke is a senior student of Jason Crandell and through a unique blend of vinyasa flow and restorative yoga, he offers anatomically precise, strong, and accessible classes to physically awaken and renew the body and mind. Dublin VegFest @ Griffith College

Dublin Vegfest, Ireland’s largest vegan food & lifestyle event is back bigger and better than ever. You don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy Dublin Vegfest; you can just hang out eating great food. Try natural ethical products, learn about plant based health benefits or enjoy a talk, workshop or performance. The event takes place in a large outdoor area with a speakers area, performance place and chill zone.

Yoga for Stress Reduction @ Yoga Dublin Dundrum

September and the start of the new work year often bring a rise in stress related conditions and anxiety. So now is the perfect time invest in learning self-care habits than can support you. So in turn you can perform at your best, both personally and professionally.

We all need to deal with stress in a more constructive way, so this weekend join Lydia Sasse in this new workshop designed to explore how yoga can do that.

Yoga trains our parasympathetic nervous system. With regular practice studies have shown that yoga enables our chronic daytime stress hormone levels to drop and our heart rate variability to regulate; showing an improved ability to tolerate stress.

In this workshop we will cover Asanas to regulate the effects of stress on the body, breathing techniques to calm the nerves, meditation to clear the mind and deep relaxation techniques to relax, restore and renew.

These days most of us live in a state of low lying chronic stress: this prevents us from breathing properly, resting properly, healing properly and even being able to be properly happy.
