Adam Hocke is a senior student of Jason Crandell and through a unique blend of vinyasa flow and restorative yoga, he offers anatomically precise, strong, and accessible classes to physically awaken and renew the body and mind. Dublin Vegfest, Ireland’s largest vegan food & lifestyle event is back bigger and better than ever. You don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy Dublin Vegfest; you can just hang out eating great food. Try natural ethical products, learn about plant based health benefits or enjoy a talk, workshop or performance. The event takes place in a large outdoor area with a speakers area, performance place and chill zone.

We all need to deal with stress in a more constructive way, so this weekend join Lydia Sasse in this new workshop designed to explore how yoga can do that.
Yoga trains our parasympathetic nervous system. With regular practice studies have shown that yoga enables our chronic daytime stress hormone levels to drop and our heart rate variability to regulate; showing an improved ability to tolerate stress.
In this workshop we will cover Asanas to regulate the effects of stress on the body, breathing techniques to calm the nerves, meditation to clear the mind and deep relaxation techniques to relax, restore and renew.
