KBC WellFest Summer Tour @ Thomond Park

Join us this Saturday for a free wellness pop-up event inside at Thomond Park stadium. This free pop-up is designed to give you a real taste of what WellFest is all about and is sure to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired and uplifted! Expect a yoga flow class with Lee Tracey, a wellness discussion with Orla Walsh and a full body weight circuit with Tom Dalton. Unfortunately this event is full, but there is a wait list available.

What’s on in Dublin?

Runfree Workshop with Project Revive

Whether you’re on week one of your couch to 5k app or are a seasoned marathon runner there’s still something to be learned about the realities of running. So, this weekend join Annie Kirwan of Project Revive to learn running patterns and exercises to prevent injuries as well as improving performance. Annie will adopt a whole  body approach combining elements of yoga, Pilates and the latest research in running kinetics. Plus you’ll have some fun with this pair!

Only The Yoni Is Dancing at Lughnasa @ Little Bird

As we approach Lughnasa on the Celtic calendar it’s a chance to reharness our energy and set new intentions for the months ahead. So, this weekend join Kitty Maguire for Only The Yoni, a yoga event like no other!

Only the Yoni is a special night for women to come together to embrace their feminine energy and nourish their whole selves with yoga and dance. A beautiful space for sharing and supporting each woman so that she feels loved, heard, and seen in the world. Let the joy flow through your body. Listen to the voice of your Yoni; and trust yourself to follow your intuition to discover the source of your power.

The evening starts with a juicy yoga flow practice to nourish and release the inner wild beast so you can allow yourself enjoy your own phenomenal body. This will be followed by a deep yin yoga practice to continue the healing process. Both come together to allow the fruits and berries of our whole body to blossom so that we can embrace self-love and acceptance. Only the Yoni wishes to provide a sanctuary of bliss for everyone and welcomes all levels.

She Is Sustainable: The Follow Up @ Trinity College Dublin

If you’re working or interested the area of sustainability then this is the conference for you. Join a host of Irish women making strides in the industry and here them speak truthfully.

Over an afternoon, participants will have a chance to hear from leaders in the field of Irish sustainability. Plus there will be activities to help you focus on your own career development. Also expect to be asked the hard questions by your peers about balancing a career your passionate about with the rest of your life.
