What’s on in Dublin

Vibrantly Alive @ Hot Yoga Dublin

She’s back! Sibylle Dallmann returns to Hot Yoga Dublin with a weekend of workshops.

A weekend that will infuse the physical practice with a growing awareness of energetics, bringing these worlds together in a delicate mix so as to enhance your own vibrancy on and off the mat.

Learn in a super grounded and approachable way how alignment, breath, and attention in your physical practice affect your vibrancy on and off the mat. Learn how to cultivate a juicy breathing practice that not only peels away the layers of density but brings forth your own natural life force.

Each workshop will weave a small amount of theory into a physical practice as well as detailed breath- and meditation work. There will be some room for journaling, so bring a notepad and pen!

Upcycling masterclass with Jay Blades @ The Rediscovery Cente

BBC TV presenter Jay Blades is coming to Dublin for the first time to host an upcycling masterclass. Jay is best known for hosting The Repair Shop and Money for Nothing on BBC.

During this masterclass, Jay will be demonstrating his most popular upcycling techniques. Attendees will be able to view the demonstrations and there will also be a Q&A session during the masterclass.

Saturday, 26 October from 10.30am – 3.30pm. Tickets are priced at €45 and are available here

What’s on in Wicklow

Yoga For Bray @ CSP Gym

SoZen will be running #YogaForBray for two whole weeks with all donations going to support those in the local community who have fallen on tough times and find themselves without a place to call home.

Yoga classes will be suitable for all levels and it is up to the attendee to contribute however amount they wish on the day. Please bring your own yoga mat, although there will be spare ones provided if you do not have one. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. If you cannot attend please cancel within 24 hours.
