What’s on in Dublin?
Composting workshop @ Rathcoole Community Centre
Join master composter Craig Benton in association with the environmental protection agency and Rathcoole tidy towns for this two-hour family friendly workshop on household composting. Learn how to dispose of your waste properly, make the most of what you have, and maybe even how to grow some veg from the spoils!

What’s on in Laois?
Wild Food Foraging Workshop @ Ballykilcavan Brewery
Join Julie Smyth of Wild Food Kildare for a foraging workshop in the amazing walled garden at Ballykilcavan Brewery. Go for a leisurely walk, discuss the plants found there, enjoy a cookery demonstration, some light refreshments and round it off with a relaxed chat about wild food. Places are limited and this workshop is geared towards adults. Under 12s are welcome and free of charge, but must be supervised.

What’s on in Tipperary?
Physio-led workshop with Performance Yoga
Join physio and yoga teacher Orla Crosse for her next physio led yoga workshop. Enjoy 90 mins of detailed movement and stability with one of the few chartered physiotherapists registered with the Irish Sports Council to treat Ireland’s elite athletes. Orla gained valuable sports physiotherapy experience while working in the UK, Australia, and Ireland and brings this experience to the mat. If you have any interest in movement or are looking to go deeper into your practice, this is for you.
