What’s on in Limerick?

#SportsMind2019 @ 101 Limerick

#SportsMind2019 (if you haven’t already guessed) is about all things sports, fitness, health and wellbeing.

The speakers on the night come from a variety of different backgrounds from fitness advocates to athletes. #SportsMind brings together the most inspiring guest speakers who will be discussing their own battles and how sports/ fitness has helped them for the better! Speakers include Alastair Harte, Conor O’Keefe, Michael Smith and Lauren Guilfoyle.

What’s on in Dublin?

Dublin Vegfest @ Griffith College

Go along to VegFest and feast your way through the weekend in the Vegan Food Village where you’ll find the best and newest vegan plant-based cuisines on offer and meet experts in their field of diet, health, fitness, and sustainability. You don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy Vegfest, everyone is welcome to just hang out eating great food or learn about plant-based health benefits. And while there, enjoy an inspirational talk, a food recipe demonstration by a leading chef, try natural ethical products, a workshop or performance among a super friendly gathering. Speakers include So Vegan, Dr Milton Mills, Luci Vidal and Jake Conroy The Cranky Vegan. Not to be missed.

Maeve’s The Limit @ Ciara Rossi Studio

Join WellFest favourite Maeve Madden for her first-ever fitness event, Maeve’s The Limit.

It doesn’t matter if your level of fitness is beginner, intermediate or advanced, Maeve’s The Limit is for everyone. It’s Maeve’s goal to make sure you’re slaying your workout and pushing yourself to the limit, whilst educating you on her best health and fitness tips.

The itinerary will be challenging and varied but super fun. It will be split into a mix of high-intensity followed by low-intensity interval sessions which includes: cardio, strength & core. Drinks and snacks will be included and the day will finish with a talk around women’s health, digestion, wellbeing and a Q&A with Maeve. Tickers also include a goody bag worth €75.
