Soul Sessions @ The Alchemy School of Yoga

Ease your way into July with this soulful yin class at Cork’s Alchemy School of Yoga.

The combination of Yin yoga (inward-looking, meditative practice) with soul music (universal
yearning of the heart for deep connection) creates the unexpected and euphoric effect of a deep
and regenerative re-connection to the heart and soul.
This class will ease you into a surrender of long delicious, at times supported, postures that help
relieve the effects of chronic stress.

Sunday, 30 June from 2pm. Tickets are priced at €15 and are available here

Afternoon Chi @ April and the Bear

Join lifestyle brand April and the Bear for its first ever experience this weekend, Afternoon Chi. The afternoon brings together all of our favourite things: yoga, brunch, and great sounds. The idea behind Afternoon Chic is all about self care, and encouraging use to look after our body, mind and taste buds!

The day kicks off with a soulful yoga session from Sinead of Moons Yoga, think slow deep stretches and a long-guided meditation to leave you stretched and high on life. Guests will then settle down for brunch, coffee and a cheeky cocktail from the Pot Bellied Pig.

This experience will also include a totally exclusive print and a voucher for April and the Bear.

Succulents for Beginners @ Nautilis

We know that gardening is good for us. Studies show that it can reduce stress and improve sleep. Plus, it’s a gentle form of exercise for those with arthritis or other health conditions.

Indoor gardening is a great way to get those benefits without dealing with the elements. Succulents are one of the easiest types of plants to grow, maintain, and propagate once you know some important basics.

If you follow Joanne DeKorte on Instagram (@robo_jojo), you will know she is passionate and informed about succulents, so join her to discover everything you need to know.

Saturday, 29 June from 2pm – 4pm. Tickets are priced at €60 and are available here
