What’s On This Weekend

There’s only a week to go until WellFest 2018 kicks off, so while we know where you’ll all be next weekend, if you’re wondering what’s on this weekend we’ve got you covered.

There’s a host of activities taking place in the capital this weekend, so here’s three. Including yoga, charity classes and hot stress release.

What’s on in Dublin?

Restorative Yoga & Tibetan Bowls Yoganidra Workshop @ Dublin Holistic Centre

Before we head into a long weekend, take an evening for yourself and head to Uniyoga Dublin’s restorative event. The sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and chimes guide us into a deep meditation. Through the vibrations of these instruments we experience an inner calm and deep relaxation that enables us to journey within and center.

Friday, 4 May from 6 – 7.45pm. Tickets are priced at €22 and are available here

De-Stress and Release @ Hot Pod Yoga

Join Julie at this hot yoga workshop, the perfect anecdote to a busy week. This class will help you de-stress and release tension in those tricky spots.

Throughout the workshop you’ll release tightness and tension in the shoulders and hips. Whether it’s from sitting at a desk most of the day or running around we build up tension in these areas. This tension can cause pain and we often don’t take the time to release it.

We will work deep into both the shoulders and hips unlocking those knots and leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed from head to toe.

Sunday, 6 May from 1.30 – 3.30pm. Priced at €35 you can book in here
