Sunday Sweat with Moons Yoga @ Brown Thomas

Join the good people at Lululemon and WellFest favourite Moons Yoga for a free Sunday Sweat session on the roof of the Brown Thomas carpark.

You never quite know what vinyasa will flow when Moons is in charge, but her classes are always centered around mindful movement. Which means moving slow and sweet between lengthening and strengthening, bringing awareness to the physical body. Making meditation accessible is one of her most passionate pursuits through her teaching, so expect to finish off with a dreamy savasana. Her classes always promise a smile and usually surprise with some sweat!

Sunday, 6 July from 10am to 10.45am (please arrive no later than 9.45). Tickets are free but must be reserved here
