Wondering what’s on this weekend? Then check out our roundup of what’s taking place around the country. From yoga to brunch we’ve got you covered!
What’s on in Dublin?
Yoga for Anxiety Workshop @ Yoga Hub, Castleknock
Anxiety is something that is discussed more and more in daily life, as we are all living in an environment of constant stimulation and immediacy. This is not the environment our bodies and minds were built for. So in order to thrive in this environment, we need to develop strategies. Habits that support our inner workings and change our relationship to our stress response.
We all suffer with anxiety from time to time and in this workshop you’ll learn more about the experience. Learn about the physiological response in the body and ways to manage it through breathing, yoga and meditation techniques. You will walk away feeling calmer, with a toolbelt of inner resources to help you in your daily life.
This workshop will be a safe, fun learning space to explore the reactions of your mind and body to the world around you.
Sunday, 8 July from 3pm – 5pm. Entry is priced at €25 and you can register here

No one else can make you happy or unhappy, you get to choose your emotions. Ofcourse people and situations impact you but putting your happiness in anyone else's hands is a dangerous buisness. Feed your mind thoughts that make you feel good, choose your response don't react, and fuel your soul. #Happiness #BeHappy #ThePowerOfNow pic from @yung_pueblo 💖
