Weaving The Threads: A Katonah Yoga Inspired Workshop with Sibylle Dallmann @ My Yoga Body
Katonah yoga is taking LA by storm and is moving to Ireland with WellFest-favourite Sibylle Dallmann. It incorporates Taoist principles, Chinese medicine, and sacred geometry and is unlike anything you’ve ever tried before. More workshop than flow and with its own alignment principles and purpose, we think this is going to be a workshop like no other. Especially as it’s running over three hours.
Speaking about the workshop Sibylle says: “In this three hour workshop you’ll have the opportunity to discover and enliven your dormant capacities whilst giving those overworked and tired areas a real break. Physical and otherwise. The environment is super supportive, down-to-earth and deeply experiential.”
Saturday, 10 November from 2pm and 5pm. Tickets are priced at €40 and are available here
