What’s on in Dublin?

The Class @ Platinum Pilates, Clonskeagh

If you’re a Reformer Pilates nut, or somebody who’s new to fitness and trying to find the perfect balance, Milena Byrne’s new class is a breath of fresh air. Inspired by 20 years in the wellness industry, she’s decided to bring together all she’s learned. Milena believes that health and fitness is about being the best version of yourself not a consumer comparison to an Instagram profile. So, she’s encouraging clients to incorporate a few basic principals into their daily routine. This will make people feel better on the inside, without even leaving the house.During the 90 minute session you will be taught about the power of mindbody connection and each week will have a theme covering breathing, your body in motion, hydrating for health and movement for sustainable health.

The program is designed to empower you to feel better about yourself by reminding you of your primal skills. Not convinced? This lady is a power house so we’d sit up and listen.
