If you’re a Reformer Pilates nut, or somebody who’s new to fitness and trying to find the perfect balance, Milena Byrne’s new class is a breath of fresh air. Inspired by 20 years in the wellness industry, she’s decided to bring together all she’s learned. Milena believes that health and fitness is about being the best version of yourself not a consumer comparison to an Instagram profile. So, she’s encouraging clients to incorporate a few basic principals into their daily routine. This will make people feel better on the inside, without even leaving the house.During the 90 minute session you will be taught about the power of mindbody connection and each week will have a theme covering breathing, your body in motion, hydrating for health and movement for sustainable health.

Adam Hussler @ Yoga Hub Junction 6
If you feel that you’re only starting to feel the benefits of a yoga class when it’s time to cool down then check out Adam Husler’s workshop this Sunday. The Big One is a two and a half hour workshop aimed at helping students really feel the benefits of a longer practice.
Adam’s classes feature: intelligent alignment, anatomical precision and creative sequencing that give more significance to mobility rather than flexibility. Having studied yoga asana and movement from world leaders including, Jason Crandell and Cameron Shayne, Adam has also had the privilege of studying meditation and mindfulness under the renowned, late, Michael Stone.
