3 things to do this weekend

At a loose end this weekend and looking for something to do? We have you covered with a roundup of the best wellness events taking place around the country

Here’s our roundup of the best wellness events taking place around the country – you can expect yoga, meditation and of course prosecco!

Vinyasa Workshop @ Oslo Health

This studio is one of our favourites as it’s beautifully tucked away from the hustle of Baggot Street, Dublin. This Saturday (4 November), Olivia King is hosting a vinyasa yoga workshop from 2-4pm. Aimed at teaching the finer points of yoga flow you might miss in a busier class, this workshop is great for those who are new to yoga and those who needs to reboot their practice.

The brainchild of Irish Country Magazine, Exhale is an event dedicated to all things fitness, wellness and wellbeing. A touring series of events, this Sunday (5 November) sees the team set up camp at Galway’s Glenlo Abbey from 11.30am – 5.30pm. The day includes yoga with Miriam Kerins Hussey, meditation, motivational speakers and healthy eating.
