Heal Your Life Workshop @ Obus Wellness Centre

If you feel that you’re stuck and need a reboot, check out this two day workshop (11 and 12 November). Based on the  philosophies of the Louise L. Hay, a metaphysical lecturer and teacher and the bestselling author, the workshop will address your internal critic, teach you to use affirmations and live your best life. Part of Louise L. Hay’s philosophy is that the only person we ever need to change is ourselves, so expect a lot of this workshop to focus on understanding and loving yourself. Difficult but rewarding work.
