Lee Tracey Life Yoga in Aid of Aoife’s Journey

Get out and about this Saturday and enjoy a relaxing and revitalising outdoor yoga class with Lee Tracey, the benefits of which are going towards Aoife’s Journey.

Aoife’s Journey is a charity focused on raising money for Aoife Kenny’s journey to Germany for stem cell treatment.

Saturday, 30 June from 11am – 12pm. Suggested donated of €5 and please bring a mat. More information is available here 

Yoga @ The Marker Hotel

Shake up your yoga routine with a unique 75 minute class, surrounded by Dublin’s best views on the rooftop of The Marker Hotel. The Rooftop is located on the seventh floor of the hotel, and offers stunning 360 degree views of the Dublin Mountains, Grand Canal and Irish Sea.

Lead by renowned yoga instructor, Dani Sheil and her team, the class focusses on stillness, movement, breath and meditation.

Mats and blocks will be provided on the day but if you have your own equipment, feel free to bring along!

Every Saturday from 8.45am – 10am @ The Marker, Grand Canal Dock. Classes are priced at €25 and can be booked here
