Sports Yoga Workshop @ Embody Fitness, Castletroy

Join physio and yoga teacher Orla Crosse this Sunday as she leads a 90-minute yoga flow designed to prevent injuries. A truly bespoke experience, Orla will tailor each workshop to those participating. When you book, you’ll fill out a short medical form which will determine what Orla teaches. She will spend time finding your weak spot, before giving expert advice on the tools you need to add to your own strength and conditioning sessions. Orla has over 10 years experience working with sports injuries. Don’t worry if you can’t make this weekend. Orla is planning workshops in both Dublin and Tipperary.

And allows you to cleanse and tone from the inside out and the outside in. The class will start with some simple facial yoga poses that will help to reduce puffiness around the eyes and minimise the appearance of frown lines and wrinkles in the upper half of the face. You’ll also get to enjoy sequences of pranayama and asana, designed to cleanse and tone the respiratory and digestive systems while stimulating the circulation. Expect to leave glowing from within.
