What’s on this weekend

Valentine’s Day may be over, but there’s still love in the air. Self love that is! So take yourself off to a workshop this weekend and dedicate some time to self growth. Because after all, investing in yourself is always money well spent.

And don’t worry if you’re wondering what’s on, we’ve rounded up three of the best events taking place in Dublin. Enjoy!

Destress & Release @ Hot Pod Yoga

Ask anybody where they start to feel tension, and we bet they’ll say in the shoulders and hips. It could be from sitting at a desk or it could be from running around after kids, but whatever the cause stress and tension often shows up in tight shoulders and stiff hips. And seldom take the time to release it which is why workshops like this are so popular. So this Saturday, join Julie from Hot Pod Yoga for an experience like no other. If it’s your first time in the pod, it’s exactly what it sounds like –  a pop-up hot yoga studio.

Saturday, 17 February from 3 – 4pm. Tickets priced from €35. Bookings can be made here
